Turkey Sausage and Kale Italian Soup

Thanks to my sister, Brekk! I love this recipe.  I added noodles;)

Ingredients:
36oz chicken stock
2 cans cannelli beans (drained and rinsed)
1 package of kale (I used baby kale) chopped up a bit
1 ring of Turkey Keilbasa sausage, quartered and sliced
1 med onion, diced
1/2 lb. mini shell noodles
fresh parmesan

Directions:
Dice sausage and onions and brown in the bottom of the soup pot.
add chicken stock and bring to a boil.
Add noodles and cook until not quite done.
add cannelli beans and Kale, let the beans heat, and the kale wilt.  stir it all in to incorporate.

Top with Parmesan Cheese and a side of french bread.

Yummy and Easy!
