Corn and Blueberry Salad



Ingredients

6 ears of Corn (cooked and sliced off the cob)
1 C fresh Blueberries
1 small Cucumber (sliced)
1/4 C Red onion
1 bunch Celatro
1 Jalapeno pepper (seeded and finely chopped)

Dressing
2 Tbs lime juice
2 Tbs Olive oil
1 Tbs honey
1/2 tsp Cumin

Mix ingredients together in bowl, make dressing and top. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
